Privacy Policy

We collect your information only to assess your application, run the process and serve you. We do not sell it to advertising networks. Identity-document images are kept in private encrypted storage and never published at a public address. We honour deletion requests, subject to statutory retention duties.

Application and contact details: name, surname, date of birth, nationality, sex, e-mail, phone, address, target country and programme, budget, language levels.

Documents: passports, diplomas, transcripts, language certificates and photographs you upload.

Technical data: salted hash of your IP address, browser and device information, cookie records, error logs.

Correspondence: form notes, e-mail, website chat and Telegram bot messages.

To deliver the service and prepare your application; to run university, course, housing and visa processes; to communicate with you; to check documents; to measure and improve quality; to prevent forgery and misuse; to meet legal and accounting duties.

We do not use your data for advertising profiles; analytics use aggregated results that do not identify you.

Housing-form data is used to suggest a suitable dormitory, verify your passport and study details and run the placement process. The passport file is kept only in private storage that the verification team can reach and is deleted when the process closes, when the request is rejected or when you ask.

Selection, price, room allocation and placement are decided by the dormitory. EDUROUTA does not guarantee placement, admission or documents.

Chat answers are produced by an AI service. Only the conversation text is sent; identity-document images, passport numbers and payment details are not. Answers are informational and do not replace a decision of an official body.

If you give the name and phone of a parent, guardian or someone acting for you, you confirm those people have been informed. Their details are used only to contact and verify the application, are never used for marketing, and are deleted when they ask.

Only the parties needed to deliver the service: hosting and database providers, e-mail and Telegram infrastructure, the AI service, at your request the university, school, course, dormitory or agency, agreed translation and advisory partners, and competent authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your data or pass it to third parties for marketing.

Application records for 2 years after the process closes; documents for no more than 12 months; accounting records for 10 years; access logs for 12 months. Afterwards data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Access is limited by role and logged; sensitive fields are encrypted; files live in private storage; backups are regular. Staff and partners are bound by confidentiality.

No system is absolutely secure. Having taken reasonable, industry-standard measures, the Company is not liable for damage caused by unauthorised access, cyber attacks, breaches at infrastructure or supplier level, data loss or outages. Statutory notification duties remain.

For applicants under 18 a parent or guardian confirms consent; that adult's name and phone are used only to contact and verify the application. Children's data is never used for marketing.

You may access, correct and delete your data and object to processing. Write to info@edurouta.com; we answer within 30 days.

The policy is updated when the service or the law changes. Material changes are announced on the site with an effective date and version number. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the current text.
