Payment and Refund Terms

University, school, college and language-course fees are paid directly to the institution. EDUROUTA does not collect them; the institution's payment channels, instalments and refund rules apply.

The Company's fee, its scope, the payment plan and cancellation terms are stated in writing before work starts. The fee is collected only after written confirmation and against an invoice.

Airport pickup ($50) and migration-centre document support ($100) are optional and not part of the dormitory price. Scope, payment timing and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing.

They may be paid online after arrival in the country where the service is provided, or in cash to our staff member. Cancelling before the service starts returns the fee; for a partly delivered service the part performed is deducted. Official fees, translations and notary costs are outside the refund.

If the service has not started, a written cancellation returns the fee in full. After work has started, the part already performed is deducted and the remainder refunded. Completed and delivered services are not refunded.

A declined refund is explained in writing. Rights under consumer law remain unaffected.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 business days. Delays caused by a bank or payment provider are outside the Company's control.

Payment and refund disputes are first addressed in writing; if unresolved, the competent consumer arbitration committees and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
