Terms of Use

The platform is operated by ROUTA EĞİTİM VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ under the EDUROUTA brand. EDUROUTA is not a separate legal entity. The other party to this agreement, the service provider and the data controller is the Company.

The Company provides information, guidance and process management for university, language-course, housing and visa procedures. It is not a university, consulate, migration office or dormitory; it cannot decide in their place and cannot make commitments on their behalf.

The service covers collecting information, presenting suitable options, guiding the application and documents, passing the application to the institution and following the process. The scope is confirmed in writing at the start.

The Company is not a party to the transactions you have with those institutions; the rights and duties arising from them are between the institution and you.

Decisions on university admission, visas, residence permits, dormitory placement, diploma recognition and scholarships belong to the institutions concerned. The Company gives no guarantee, makes no commitment on the outcome and is not liable if the outcome is not achieved.

Institutions may change quotas, dates, fees and document requirements; such changes are outside the Company's control.

You must give accurate, current and complete information, provide documents on time, meet the appointment and deadline dates of the institutions, and keep your application accounts and passwords secure.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the platform's operation or attempt unauthorised access to its systems.

You are responsible for the authenticity, validity, completeness and lawful use of every document you upload. The Company does not undertake to verify documents with public authorities; it may review a suspicious file, refuse the request or suspend the service.

If a forged, altered, expired or third-party document is uploaded, only the user bears the administrative, criminal and financial consequences; the Company may claim compensation for the damage it suffers as a result.

Decisions on admission, rejection, timing, fees and documents belong solely to universities, consulates, the migration office, dormitories and similar institutions. The Company cannot influence those decisions or guarantee their outcome and is not liable for them or for delays on their side.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account data and must inform us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use. The Company is not liable for unauthorised access caused by your own fault.

University and course fees are paid to the institution; the Company does not collect them. The Company's fee, its scope, the payment plan and cancellation terms are stated in writing before work starts. Payment terms are also described on the Payment and Refund page.

The rights in the site, brand, texts, images, database and software belong to the Company or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercial use without permission is prohibited. You confirm that you hold the rights to the documents you upload.

The platform works with third parties such as universities, dormitories, payment, e-mail and messaging providers and may contain links to them. Their content, availability and terms belong to those providers; the Company is not responsible for them.

The Company does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a particular result will be achieved. Indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of reputation, loss of data and third-party claims are not compensated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability is limited to the fee actually paid for the service concerned. Mandatory rights under consumer law remain unaffected.

You cover any claim, penalty, loss and expense (including reasonable legal fees) that third parties or public authorities bring against the Company because of your use of the service, the information and documents you provide, or your breach of these terms.

The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its control: natural disasters, epidemics, war, decisions of public authorities, internet or infrastructure outages, or outages of third-party providers.

The Company may update these terms and the scope of the service; material changes are announced on the site. Access may be suspended or ended for users who breach these terms, act unlawfully or harm the system.

If the service ends, completed transactions and statutory retention duties remain.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are first addressed in writing; if unresolved, the courts of İstanbul and the competent enforcement offices have jurisdiction. In consumer transactions the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts remains reserved.
