What you can ask for
To learn whether your data is processed, to request information, correction, deletion or destruction, to learn who received it, to object to automated analysis and to claim compensation. Service complaints, refunds and document issues can use the same channel.
How to apply
Write to info@edurouta.com. Include your name, contact details, what you are asking for and, if you have one, the application number. We may ask for additional details to verify identity, which prevents requests made in someone else's name.
Response time
We answer within 30 days free of charge. Where a cost is involved, the tariff set by the Authority applies and you are told in advance.
If you are not satisfied
You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority. In consumer matters you keep the right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
Preventing misuse
Repeated requests on the same subject, requests that are clearly abusive or ones that aim to reach another person's data may be declined and recorded.
