Profile of The Programme
Vision: As the Faculty of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering, our vision is to train highly qualified and socially responsible engineers who design and implement information systems that develop and diversify in line with today's needs and to become a respected and leading department at national and international levels. Mission: As the Department of Computer Engineering, our mission is to increase students' analysis and mathematical expression skills by offering up-to-date learning programs balanced with the combination of basic science and technology, which will enable students to be successful in their professions and their continuous development; Developing skills in using analytical and model development tools in design, performance measurement and evaluation processes, providing students with experience in the issues and problems they are expected to encounter at the beginning of their business lives by having them do realistic design and application projects, gaining the necessary cultural and educational skills to perceive the social and economic dimensions of technical solutions and predict their results. To provide an education that provides social accumulation, increases sensitivity in these areas, creates opportunities where interdisciplinary projects are developed, joint studies are carried out with other professional groups, improves students' verbal and written expression skills, organizes activities that increase their communication skills, and most importantly, to train computer engineers who love their profession. Our Goals: In order to fulfill the defined educational mission, in our learning programs; To offer up-to-date learning programs balanced with basic science and technology components that will enable students to be successful in their professions and their continuous development. To increase students' analysis and mathematical expression skills; To develop skills in using analytical and model development tools in design, performance measurement and evaluation processes To provide students with experience on the issues and problems they are expected to encounter at the beginning of their business lives by having them do realistic design and application projects.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
