In order to direct the students to specialize in the fields of written and oral translation in the first three years, the courses of both fields are compulsory for all students. In addition, the internship program was designed to establish a connection between the department and the sector in order to prepare the students for the professional difficulties they will encounter after graduation. The Department Program is designed to train translators who are well-equipped to meet the needs and demands of today's working areas.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Graduates of the Department of Translation and Interpretation have job opportunities in various public institutions (TRT, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of National Education, etc.), publishing houses, magazine magazines, newspapers, film studios and international organizations.
